1. Reservations will only be confirmed once we have received this letter, duly signed, together with FULL credit card details and/or proof of payment if paying via EFT.

2. Your Credit Card will only be charged on arrival or according to our Cancellation Policy  as detailed hereunder.

Cancellation Policy –

2.1  Prior to 7 days of planned arrival will incur a 10% handling fee.

2.2  Within 7 to 4 days prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night’s charge.           

2.3  Within 3 days prior to arrival will incur the full period’s charge.

2.4  Failure to arrive will be treated as a “no show” and the Grand Total reflected above, will be charged.

**Pre-approved:  Applicable to Corporate Contract Holders.                                   

3. Standard check-in is from 14h00 and check-out by 10h00.

a. Arrival before 10h00 will incur an additional cost equal to a full night’s accommodation.

b. Arrival from 10h00 – 14h00 will incur an additional fee of R590.00

c. Departures after 11h00 will incur an additional fee of R590.00

d. Departures after 14h00 will incur and additional fee equal to a full night’s accommodation.

4. Late arrivals (after 22h00) will incur an additional fee of R350.00. **Please make prior arrangements.**

5. Keys, remotes, and access cards remain our property and will be charged for if not returned prior to check-out.

6. Transfers from the airport need to be arranged in advance.

7. All rates are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and include 15% VAT.

8. No refund will be given should you check-out earlier than the departure date reflected above.
